Pump it up!!!!!

Okay guys...I am sensing a little lag in motivation...so here i am to motivate! feel free to use my name as a curse word when you attempt 12 miles this week.

There are some serious mile-stones we are crossing. grace getting bit by a dog, running our hearts out, i'm getting diarrhea like nobodys business...anyone else? Seriously, I have to stop mid-run sometimes...i think thats a good thing though.

eewww, gross kierstin...why are you talking about that?
well, i don't know how to motivate so i am pulling at any strings.
and diarrhea has to be one of them?

any music suggestions?
tips?
is everyone dedicated? running, drinking enough water? grace and steve are really into this muscle repair thing. it sure would be nice if they'd blog about it.

What about the ashworths? hows it going way up in the bay area (not for long!)
What about the mid-west Cabalkas????

  1. Muscle repair! Yes, you need to drink it within 30 minutes after your long runs to keep from crashing. My running friend said her fav is a brand called FLUID. Try it!
    We downed GU after an hour on our long run on Saturday. It was gross, but I think it helped. Who knows. We were still wiped out for 2 days.
