I keep toying with the lingering thought of just doing a half, but then I think I can always walk. I am scared to death. I know that if you all weren't IN, I'd be OUTTTTT!
Hey Ashworths, I think we should schedule a weekend in Avila for a training retreat. What say you? Let's get something on the calendar. I think Greg and Toni are inching their way closer too, so we will have to fan their flame.
I have to admit, it was much more inspiring to run in Avila than it is hear in smoggy B-burg. Here's a pic for you to enjoy.
